Dual Finish makeup foundation is a soft, micronized compact powder foundation designed for use both dry and wet. Ideal for contouring and brightening the face, as well as increasing the staying power and coverage of other foundations. Apply with a sponge or brush. Gently cleanses with AquaCleans makeup remover.

Usage

To use as a dry make-up base, spread the product in circular motions on skin already prepared with a make-up base. Dual Finish foundation can also be used over cream or liquid foundations to add extra coverage.
