They contain only 385kcal, 1g fat, 2g sugars and 8g protein per 100g, making them suitable for everyone on a low-calorie diet and people paying close attention to the amount of carbs they consume throughout the day. Lovemores gluten free crispbreads are suitable for vegetarians and coeliacs, but arent suitable for milk allergy sufferers.
